ジェイソンの実家の近所の犬達はほとんど放し飼いにされています。
ボーイズが外で遊んでいると、犬達も大喜びで寄ってきます。

The little dog next door.
All the neighbor's dogs run free.
Whenever the boys play outside, the dogs love to come over to play.
