神殿

私達が結婚式を挙げたアトランタ神殿が改修工事を終え、オープンハウスをしていたので、普段は神殿の中に入ることのできないボーイズを連れて行ってきました。
最後はお疲れなボーイズでしたが、家族みんなで素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。

誕生日

26＋3才になったジェイソン。
誕生日から3日遅れになりましたが、家族でジェイソンの誕生日をお祝いしました。

公園

せっかく公園へ行っても、遊具で遊ぶより、土いじりや虫探しの方が好きなボーイズ。
私の兄のように爬虫類大好きっ子になりませんように！

散髪

2011/04/12

私がジェイソンの髪を切っていると（バリカンでビュイーンとですが）、ケンくんも散髪をしたいと言ってきました。
私がケンくんの髪を切ろうとすると（バリカンでビュイーンとですが）、「グランマがいいの！」とケンくん。
少し前にお義母さんがお義父さんの髪を切っているのを見ていて、どうしてもグランマに切ってもらいたかったようです。
グランマはプロみたいにハサミを使って上手だもんね。
お義母さんにハサミで切るコツを少し教えてもらったので、次回はママもハサミで挑戦してみようかな。

一時、トイストーリー3にハマっていたケンくん。
公園のお馬さんに乗って「イーハー！」。




いつもこの白と黒のお馬さんの取り合いになる二人。
でも、最近弟に優しいケンくんは、この日はすんなりユウくんにお馬さんを譲ってくれました。

お外で遊ぶ時は、帽子を被ってリュックを背負うのが、最近のボーイズのお気に入り。

Lately, the boys like wearing their hats and putting on their backpacks when they go to play

outside.

トランポリンで大はしゃぎのボーイズ。

They love to jump and run around on the trampoline.

病気 Sick

今月の初め、高熱を出したボーイズ。
ケンくんから始まり、ユウくんにも感染。
元気が一番！

At the beginning of this month, the boys had high fever.
It started with Kenshi and then Yuushi got it.




熱が少し下がった時にブロックで遊んでいたケンくん。
この後また高熱が・・・。

ふざけて遊んでたユウくんも、翌日高熱と嘔吐で苦しみました・・・。

Next day this he was throwing up with a high fever.

ジムナスティックス Gymnastics

ジムナスティックスの無料体験へ。
ケンくん、大はしゃぎ！
初めてのジムナスティックスでしたが、嫌がらずにかなり楽しんでいました。
楽し過ぎて帰りの車の中では、まだ帰りたくないとご機嫌ナナメなケンくんでした。

Kenshi went to a free of gymnastic class.
Kenshi loved it!
It was first opportunity to do gymnastics for Kenshi, and he really enjoyed it.
It was so much fun for Kenshi, that he didn't want to go home and cried in the car.

お昼寝の後、ケンくんはグランマと近くの高校のテニスの試合へ。
ユウくんとママは、お外でスナックを食べたり、バイクに乗ったり、お散歩をしたり、二人だけの時間を楽しみました。

After the boys took a nap, Kenshi went to watch the tennis match of Wetumpka High School with Grandma.
Yuushi and Mama had some snacks outside, rode the bike and went for a walk.

もうすぐイースターなので、ボーイズとうさぎさんのコップ作り。

うさぎさんのコップにスナックを入れてあげると、大喜びで食べていたボーイズ。

水鉄砲 Water Gun

Dollar Treeで買った水鉄砲。（４個で１ドル！）
ミアちゃんのお家のお風呂で水鉄砲で遊んだのがとっても楽しかったらしく、水鉄砲をねだってきたケンくん。
毎日、バスタイムは水鉄砲タイムになっています。

We bought the water guns at Dollar Tree. ($1 for 4)
Kenshi wanted me to buy the water guns, becouse he played the water gun in Mia's bathtub and loved it.
So, Everyday, our bathtime is water gun time.







使い方を分かっていないユウくんも、水鉄砲がお気に入りの様子。

Yuushi doesn't know how to use the water gun, but he likes playing with the water guns too.

ケーキボール Cake Ball

ケンくんとケーキボール作り。
初めてケーキボールを作りましたが、甘過ぎてボーイズには食べさせられませんでした。

It was fast time to make a cake ball, it was too sweet, so I didn't give it to the boys.




すごい顔で手に付いたチョコレートを味見中のケンくん。笑

Kenshi was tasting chocolate and got it all over his hands and face. lol

家庭菜園 The Garden

マクラフリン菜園では、レタスとキャベツ、ブロッコリー、玉ねぎを栽培中。
順調に育ってます。

We are growing lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, onions at McLaughlin's Garden.
They are doing great.








大葉と茄子、枝豆も栽培中。
食べるのが楽しみ♪

I am growing perilla, eggplant and soybeans too.
I am so looking forward to have them!

いちご狩り Picking Strawberries

先週末、お友達といちご狩りに行ってきました。
とても暑くて夏日のようでしたが、とっても楽しかったです。

We went Strawberry picking with our friends last weekend.
It was hot like summer, but it was very fun.

桜 Cherry Blossom

私の大好きな花、桜。
ジョージア州にはたくさんの桜の木があり、しかもちょうど満開のシーズンだったので、たくさんの桜を楽しんできました。
桜は本当に心を和ませてくれます。

My favorite flower, Cherry blossom.
There were a lot of Cherry blossoms in GA.
 I love looking at the Cherry blossoms.

お誕生日会 Birthday Party

アトランタトリップから戻った日は、1週間遅れのお義母さんのお誕生日会をしました。
バースデイケーキは私の手作り。
見た目は決して良いとは言えませんが、味はグー！でした。

After Atlanta trip, we had birthday party for Jason's Mom which was a week late.
I made a birthday cake for her.
I can't say it looks good, but it tasted good!

アトランタトリップ Atlanta Trip

先月の18～20日に、2泊3日でアトランタへ行ってきました。
アトランタでは、お友達のミアちゃんのお家にお泊まりさせてもらい、とっても楽しい時間を過ごしてきました。

We went to Atlanta from the 18th to the 20th of last month.
We stayed at our friend Mia's house and had a great time.









19日はミアちゃんの4才のお誕生日。
たくさんのお友達がお誕生日会に集まり、ミアちゃんもとっても嬉しそうでした。

On the 19th was Mia's 4th birthday.
We celebrated Mia's birthday with her friends and Mia was so happy.






お誕生日会のアクティビティとして、ジェイソンが子供達にサッカーレッスンをしました。
ミアちゃんもミアちゃんのお友達も、そして見ているお父さんお母さん方にもとても楽しんでもらえました。

Jason gave soccer lessons to the kids as a birthday activity.
We had so fun time!

アトランタでは、美味しいと評判のラーメン屋さんへ。
久しぶりのラーメン。すんごく美味しかったです！

We also went to Ramen restraunt in Atlanta which has a good reputation.
It was very good!




ユウくんはあまり好きではなかったようですが、ケンくんもパパも食べる食べる！

Yuushi didn't like it, but Kenshi and Papa loved it, so they couldn't stop to eating!


とーっても楽しいアトランタトリップでした！
