ユタトリップ Utah Trip

今月の1日から10日まで、ジェイソンの妹の結婚式＆披露宴に出席するためにユタへ行ってきました。
と言っても、車での旅だったので、6日間はドライブ、ユタには実質4日間だけの滞在でした。

We drove to Utah for Katie's wedding and reception from the 1st to the 10th of this month.
We drove for 6 days, so we stayed in Utah just for 4 days.




アラバマからユタまでは、なんと！往復約4000マイル！
（＝6437.376キロ←日本列島の直線距離を往復したくらいらしい）
行きは、アラバマ→オクラホマ→コロラド→ユタというルート。
帰りは、アーチーズ国立公園に寄ったので、ユタ→ニューメキシコ→オクラホマ→アラバマというルート。
平均１日10時間×6日間（往復）のドライブでした。

It is 4000 miles round trip from Alabama to Utah.
On the way to Utah, we stopped in Oklahoma and Colorado.
On the way home, we went to see the arches at Arches National Park, so we stopped in New Mexico and Oklahoma.
We drove for 10 hours a day.






ボーイズはと言うと、二人ともよく頑張ってくれました！
車の中では、デュアルスクリーンのポータブルDVDプレイヤーで映画三昧、スナック三昧、絵本三昧、お絵描き三昧、お昼寝三昧のボーイズでした。
でも、さすがに帰りの車中では、「おりた～い！」とお疲れ爆発･･･。

The boys did great in their car seats!
They enjoyed watching movies on their dual screen portable DVD player, eating snacks, reading books, drawing pictures, and taking naps in the car.
But on the way home they screamed "I want to get off the car!", because they had had enough...


このユタトリップでは、普段なかなか会えない家族や友達とたくさんの素晴らしい思い出を作ることができました！
また日記＆写真も少しずつ更新していきま～す。

We made many great memories on this trip with our family and friends who we are not able to see often.
I will update the pictures of our Utah trip little by little. ;)
