パン工場 Bakery

 

今日のマクラフリンパン工場は、あんぱんとおかずパンを大量生産～。

お世話になっているお友達家族にお裾分け。

Today, McLaughlin's bakery baked Sweet red bean buns and Mini hot dog buns.

These are for our friends.

パン生地はホームベーカリーで作っているのですが、

無理やりレシピの倍量を入れたので上手く混ざらず、

なんだかいつも通りにフワフワになりませんでした・・・。

横着をすると、良い結果にならないことは分かっているはずなのに、

毎回同じことを繰り返す私・・・。汗

でも、味は美味しかったです！

I usually mix the dough in the bread machine,

but this time I doubled the recipe and it didn't mix very well,

so it was not fluffy like usual.

Being lazy doesn't bring good results.

I guess I have not learned from my mistakes because I keep making them.

But it still taste good!!
